It’s the PTA’s job to organise and manage fundraising events however big or small, so why not come along to one of our very informal meetings, usually in The Papermill or Rems, once every couple of months to which all parents, carers, and school staff are welcome.
We plan a range of fun activities throughout the school year, typically these include a termly disco, Spring Fair, Duck Race & Christmas Fair and we also support activities in the school such as the Christmas lunch, Easter bonnet parade, school trips, and sports days, as well as a hugely popular Pantomine trip in December.
As a parent or carer with a child at Chinley School you are automatically a member of the PTA, what we’d like is for you to become an ‘Active Member’. If you can spare any time or have any ideas or special skills you’d like to offer, please get in touch.
We are constantly fundraising to support extra-curricular activities as well as additional learning equipment for in-school. Any help that you can offer with this would be welcome, just grab one of us in the playground or contact your class rep for more info.
